Oh so many things to agree with here especially with regard to the money thing ( see, so middle class I can barely describe it 🤣) and also as a Jew/ catholic who also did Passover and Easter! Here in bristol a few of us occasionally get together for “Friday night dinner” - a Shabbat celebration in its loosest possible form - it’s my turn next and I shall be following your challah recipe x

I knew you ‘d get it - I remember well your distinct aversion to that discussion when we did the fermenting workshop here!
