I discovered a new farm shop yesterday, driving home from Warrington. It's a farm where they grow for their v good restaurant in Chester but then sell veg boxes etc. Anyway, in the shelf were two different beautiful looking radiicchio and numerous unusual bitter leaves. I'm away from tonight so I didn't purchase, but I'll be back with fingers crossed next week. The colour is so intense, so gorgeous - it makes me want to be creative.
Liz. Can't wait to make that it sounds so good and I adore the bitterness of radiicchio. Thank you x
I’d love to know how it turns out, what you might add? I hope life is good for you x

I’m honestly ridiculously excited for you! Big fresh salad with orange segments, or pear, fennel and mint… or roast one like my recipe. Enjoy!
